1. Eligibility Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
4. Return Process
Email support@bigoldpup.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send a prepaid return label (U.S. customers) within 48 hours.
Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 20 business days of receiving the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.
7. Warranty Claims
Defects are covered under a 1-year limited warranty.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank statement, then contact your card issuer.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us.
