1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We use real-time shipping rates provided by our fulfillment partner, Komar. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping zone.

3-5 business days (expedited options available)

Free Shipping:
Orders of 3 or more units ($239.97 or more) ship free within the continental US.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Big Old Pup is not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us at support@bigoldpup.com within 30 days and include photos and your order number.
